Returns Policy

WHAT WE ACCEPT & NOT

Tech4You – Returns Policy

Returns Window
Change-of-mind returns may be requested within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition with packaging and all included accessories.
 
Change of Mind

  • Unopened products may be accepted for exchange if returned in original sealed packaging.

  • Refunds for sealed items may be considered at Tech4You’s discretion depending on product condition and packaging.

  • Opened items may be accepted for return if still in resalable condition and may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%.

  • Return shipping or handling costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
     

Refurbished Devices
Refurbished devices are fully tested and functional but may show minor cosmetic wear. Returns may be accepted within 14 days if the device is faulty or significantly different from the product description.
 
Pre-Release or Special-Order Devices
Pre-release or special-order devices are supplied in limited quantities and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once the order is confirmed, unless the item is faulty.
 
Mobile Device Return Conditions
To prevent misuse or resale issues:

  • Devices that have been activated, used with a SIM, or logged into personal accounts may incur a 10% handling fee if accepted for return.

  • Devices must be factory reset and removed from all personal accounts (e.g., Google, Samsung, Apple ID) before being returned.

  • Devices returned with account locks, activation locks, or security locks may be rejected or returned to the customer.
     

Return Shipping Costs
If your return is due to a fault or defect covered under warranty, Tech4You will cover the cost of return shipping.
For all other returns (such as change of mind or incorrect purchase), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked courier service, as Tech4You is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Faulty Products

If a product is faulty, customers are entitled to a remedy in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Depending on the nature of the fault, Tech4You may repair, replace, or refund the product as required under the Act.

Return Policy Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, unless required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:

Special sale, clearance, or promotional items marked as final sale
Pre-release or special-order devices once the order is confirmed
Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase
Opened accessories or hygiene-related items (e.g., earphones, screen protectors)
Devices that show signs of excessive use, damage, or modification beyond normal inspection

Goodwill Returns:
In some cases, Tech4You may accept returns outside of these conditions at its discretion. Such returns may be subject to restocking or handling fees.
